That’d be perfect
I’ve been doing what my mom calls camarlized onions, which is cutting out root & stem side, putting in a dollop of stick butter, and a bullion cube in root void. Wrap with aluminum foil. Butter and cube side up, 1-2 hours in oven or on grill.
Eat.

Seriously I see more huge ones imitating the TX1015's this time of year. Only problem is they usually have the green stalks starting in the middle.
